I used Snap Realty and Kara to purchase my first home. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we looked at quite a few homes before we found the perfect one. Both Kara and her team worked continuously through inspections and closing to make sure i was informed and got the best deal i could.

The Snap team, led by Kara B, were amazing to work with ! Not being from the area, I'm incredibly grateful to have found such an established, professional, and very knowledgeable realtor to help navigate the home-buying process. Kara and everyone I engaged with from Snap Realty were friendly, informative, incredibly well organized, and made the process of buying a home about as seamless as it can be. Top notch brokerage. We worked with Kara for weeks over the internet before making the last minute trip new orleans to buy a home. We did not plan before hand, and let her know the night before that we would be driving in. I sent her a text and she text me back that she was out of the country . We were allittle worried, but she lined up showings and had some super knowledgeable agents help us see a-lot of different properties. Even while she was out of the country!! Talk about service . I would recommend anyone looking at buying in the New Orleans area use them.

Kara has been my family's realtor for the last 5 years. We have worked on more than 6 properties with her on either buy and sell side. Our experience has been fantastic every time. You can not find someone as committed to doing a great work as she is. Quick responses, always available, even on weekends, and has also a fantastic support team. She's ambitious, works hard and is dedicated to her clients, qualities that are hard to find in today's service industry. We were referred to Kara and Snap by our kids who Kara had helped buy at least a couple of homes. There are not enough good things to say about Kara or our home buying experience with her!! From the minute we met Kara we were immediately at ease with her and felt like we were in excellent hands. When we found the house we really wanted, Kara was candid and very clear about what to expect through the offer process. She was there for us whenever we had questions and was extremely responsive to all of our text messages and emails through the entire process. My wife and I have purchased a few homes but have never had a better experience or a better realtor than Kara and Snap. Would highly recommend Kara to anyone looking for the best realtor you can find.

After extensive research on local real estate agents I decided to go with Kara Breithaupt. She seemed to have good reviews and quick turnover on her listings. We have had such a successful experience with her that we have hired her to sell 3 properties. All of them went quickly without any hassles. If there was a problem Kara and her team got right on it and always had a solution. [If you've ever sold a property you know what I mean] Everyone at Snap was lovely. We recently worked with Kara of Snap Realty to sell/rent our home in NOLA. After extensive market analysis and long conversations, we ultimately decided the best thing for us would be to rent rather than sell in the current market. She was professional, quick in responding, insightful, and overall great to work with during the rental process. There was never any pressure to lean one way or the other. When the time comes to sell our home, we know who we will be hiring!
